Cancellation Policy
As a newly graduated cosmetologist, I strive to provide the best experience for all of my clients. To ensure that everyone gets the attention they deserve, please review the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice: I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will be charged.
No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 30% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect the time of other clients. A late fee may apply.
Emergency Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen! Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and I will accommodate the best I can!
