Cancellation Policy
I value your time and appreciate you choosing to sit in my chair. To provide the best experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking:
24-Hour Notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling so I can offer the time to another client.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total.
No Shows
Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or adjustment of services to respect the next client.
Emergencies
Unexpected situations happen — please communicate with me as soon as possible, and I will handle it with care.
